1st Institutional investment

First round of institutional Investment.
Institutional investors usually get involved to accelerate a solution to practice. Clinical trials, for example, are expensive and are often funded through larger investments, typically made by institutional investment. If the trail(s) can be funded without institutional investment, the completion of clinical trials is an opportune time to seek such investment since this is a major milestone in development. Plus, getting one institutional investor helps get others.
Polish your pitch deck to highlight the value and viability of your solution as well as its attractiveness to investors (ext timing etc.) Institutional investors typically are more sophisticated commercially than seed investors and conduct much more extensive due diligence – so be ready!
