Feedback from 5+ Economic Buyers

Feedback from > 5 economic buyers on their willingness buy the solution and what they would need to see to make the decision.
Great ideas that don’t resonate with stakeholders wind up in the warehouse. The majority of new ventures that fail due so because there is no viable market. In healthcare, “users” are usually not the person who makes the purchasing decisions – without feedback from decision makers, you will not know if users will have access to use your solution.
Start by learning who the economic buyer is in your target settings – the human being who makes the decision to exchange cash for a product or service in your target settings. Then, talk with them. Learn how they make decisions and the factors they consider and evidence they need to have. Explain the value proposition and explore how that relates to their situation – including testing price points. If possible, obtain letters from potential customers stating that they embrace your idea and would be prepared to integrate it into their practice once available.
